Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a guest room.
Smoke-Free Policy:
We are proud to be a smoke-free hotel. To protect the smoke-free environment, we will post a $300 cleaning fee to the account of any guests who smoke in their guest room.
Early Departure Fee:
In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one night in that room and tax will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise us at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
Early Check In:
Check in time at the hotel is 4:00 p.m. In the event guest needs the room ready prior the arrival time, guest will need to make the reservation from the night before.
Late Check Out:
Check out time is 12:00 p.m. In the event a later check out is needed, applicable charges will apply and it’s subject to availability at the time requested.
Valet Parking: $26.23 + tax
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation penalty charge.
Guarantee Policy
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival and will be charged to your credit card.
Pet Policy
Casa Moderna Miami does not have pet-friendly accommodations, and as such, it is the policy of the hotel not to allow pets unless it is approved by management under special circumstances. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 per room will apply after approval, and guest will need to sign a waiver at check-in stating that the guest is responsible for any damage caused by the animal.
